Chores before spending
Rewards can stay locked until the must-do list is done — or until the day's tasks add up to a Kudos target you set. Their screen counts down exactly how many are left.
Real-world schedules
Daily, weekdays only, weekends, specific days, three times a day, or four times a week. One-off tasks can carry a due date and show up on a calendar.
Two parents, no fuss
Both parents get full access with their own login, and both see the same approvals inbox live. Co-parents join by a single-use invite, not a shared code.
Allowance you don't lose track of

What we don't do
This is a kids' app, so the list of things we leave out matters as much as the feature list.
No ads. Ever.
Not on the parent side, and certainly not on a screen a seven-year-old is looking at.
No third-party tracking of kids
No advertising SDKs and no analytics tied to a child's identity. We collect the least we can: a display name, an avatar, and a colour.
No social features
There is no public profile, no feed, and no way for anyone outside your family to see or contact your kid.
No payment rails
Allowance amounts are labels for your family's own reference. KinKudos holds no funds and moves no money between anyone.
Common questions
Does each kid need their own phone?
No. Kids can have their own login on their own device, or you can hand them yours — “kid mode” shows only their quests and rewards, and getting back to the parent view needs your PIN.
What if my kids are different ages?
Tasks and rewards can be assigned to specific kids, so a five-year-old and a twelve-year-old see completely different lists with different Kudos values.
Can I undo a mistake?
Yes — every award and every redemption. Undoing also frees whatever it used up, like a repeat slot or a weekly reward limit, and the original stays visible marked “Undone” rather than quietly disappearing.
